Job summary

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales professional in a hybrid environment, offering base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses. Year 1 on-target earnings range $85,000–$95,000, with potential to earn more via uncapped commissions; Year 2 on-target earnings range $100,000–$115,000.

You will receive best-in-class training, including 3 weeks of classroom training and 9 weeks of field training, then ongoing companywide support.

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership model.
• Cover Websites, Search/Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation, Social Ads, and SEO.
• Cold-call business owners and prospect within a territory to set appointments and assess needs.
• Grow your book by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations to prospects and build client relationships across industries.

• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in‑person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
