Universal Windows Direct is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant to deliver in-home presentations to customers using UWD's proven sales approach. You will work with pre-qualified appointments and receive a $5,000 training salary plus uncapped commission, with no cold calling required.

Top reps earn $150K+ as you grow with a fast‑moving company that provides elite training, leadership opportunities, and strong support from a nationwide sales team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Experience building relationships quickly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations by building trust and educating customers
• Identify customer needs / wants and utlize UWD's proven sales presentation
• Negotiate and close the sale

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to learn UWDs product line via in person and virtual training sessions.
• Experience with building relationships quickly with customers.
• Previous experience in the following seen favorably: Sales, Commission based sales, Lead Generation, Home Improvement Industry, Teaching/Public Speaking, Bartending/Waitressing, other Customer Service focused positions.
• A flexible work schedule, and ability to adapt to business needs.
• The desire to make money, believe in yourself, and be paid based directly on your hard work and results!
