Job summary

Florida Window & Door is expanding its in-home sales team in Florida. The role focuses on meeting homeowners through company-provided appointments to present, quote, and close sales on high-quality hurricane protection windows and doors.

The position offers a 100% commission plus bonuses with potential to reach six figures and beyond, supported by paid training and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face in-home sales experience preferred; strong interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to present solutions and close sales with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel to in-home appointments up to 90 minutes from home.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
• Build rapport and identify each customer's needs
• Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors
• Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions
• Prepare quotes and confidently close sales

What We're Looking For

Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.

Compensation & Benefits

• 10% commission + bonuses
• $150K+ average annual earnings

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• Monday-Saturday
• One weekday + Sunday off
• Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
