Job summary

Florida Window & Door is expanding its Sales Team in Florida and seeking motivated in-home sales professionals. You’ll meet homeowners at company-provided appointments, present high-quality hurricane protection solutions, and close deals in a performance-driven environment built on trust and value.

This is a 100% commission + bonuses opportunity with paid training. Expect $150K+ average annual earnings, with top performers at $300K+; W2 or 1099 options available; full-time schedule; and ongoing

What We're Looking For

Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• Monday-Saturday
• One weekday + Sunday off
• Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
