Job summary

Florida Window & Door is seeking an in-home sales representative who conducts company-provided appointments and closes sales on high-quality hurricane-protection windows and doors. Earn six figures with a $150K+ average and $300K+ top earnings, through a 100% commission plus bonuses structure.

Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and sales support. Candidates will build relationships, present solutions, educate homeowners, and drive quotes to close, while traveling to in-home appointments

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• Monday–Saturday
• One weekday + Sunday off
• Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
