Job summary

Florida Window & Door is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to join a fast-growing team in Tampa, FL. This 100% commission + bonus role offers pre-set, pre-qualified appointments, with earning potential averaging $150K+ and top performers at $300K+ per year.

You will meet homeowners, present hurricane-protection solutions, prepare quotes, and close sales, while enjoying paid training and ongoing sales support. Travel up to 90 minutes from home is required.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
• Build rapport and identify each customer’s needs
• Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors
• Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions
• Prepare quotes and confidently close sales
• Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract
• Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Florida Window & Door brand

Schedule & Requirements
