Job summary

Florida Window & Door is seeking driven In-Home Sales Representatives to meet homeowners at company-provided appointments. Earn $150K+ on average with top performers at $300K+ through a 100% commission + bonus structure, selling high quality hurricane protection and premium windows and doors.

You will build relationships, present solutions, close sales, and receive paid training plus ongoing support. Full-time role with travel to in-home appointments; valid driver's license required; bilinguals

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

Home improvement sales experience is a plus, but not required. If you know how to connect with customers, overcome objections, and close, we want to talk to you.

Schedule & Requirements

• Full-time
• Monday-Saturday
• One weekday + Sunday off
• Travel to in-home appointments, potentially up to 90 minutes from your home
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
