Job summary

ECA Recruiters is seeking a Solutions Specialist in Higher Education / EdTech to own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and drive new business across colleges and universities. You will partner with faculty and academic leaders, deliver consultative demos, and help institutions improve student outcomes through digital learning tools.

This outside sales role requires hunting for new business, strong presentation and relationship-building skills, and comfort with virtual and in-person

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
• Drive new business and competitive takeaways across colleges & universities
• Partner directly with faculty, department chairs, and academic leaders
• Deliver consultative demos and solution-based presentations

• Base up to 70k+, bonuses 45k+
• 30% travel during selling season (Fall and Spring)
