Job summary

ScaleHouse Talent is recruiting for Outside Sales Representatives to join the expanding in-home sales team. You will meet homeowners through pre-set company appointments to present remodeling solutions, build rapport, and close high-ticket sales.

This 100% commission W-2 role offers uncapped earnings, pre-set leads, a monthly vehicle allowance, and a fast-track path to sales management in 9–12 months. You’ll drive within a designated territory and require a valid license.
