Anaheim, United States — ScaleHouse Talent is seeking sales professionals to conduct in-home consultations and present remodeling solutions. You will work with pre-set, high-quality leads and rely on a proven sales system to guide homeowners through options.

This 100% commission W-2 role offers uncapped earnings; top performers regularly earn 150-250K+ annually. You’ll receive a monthly vehicle allowance, paid training, and fast-track leadership opportunities within 9–12 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in home improvement or remodeling sales preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and clean background.
• Willingness to travel daily within assigned territory.
