Job summary

ScaleHouse Talent is seeking Outside Sales Representatives in Wilmington, DE to join its expanding in-home sales team. You will meet homeowners through pre-set company-provided appointments to present customized remodeling solutions, build rapport, and close high-ticket sales. No cold calling required.

100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings; top performers earn $150–250K+ annually. Pre-set leads, paid training, and fast-track leadership opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Evenings and Saturdays are required.
• Ability to drive daily within assigned territory.
