Job summary

Manhattan Laminates, a leading distributor of woodworking supplies in the New York metro area, is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to provide our clients with the highest quality of customer service. Construction background and basic product knowledge are highly preferred.

Responsibilities include cultivating relationships, using sales data to spot opportunities, and making cold calls to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales within building materials or related industry is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience; 2 years in building materials preferred.
• College degree preferred but not strictly required.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Cultivating and managing customer relationships.

• Following up with customers and providing solutions, should a service concern arise.
• Providing training to customers and their teams on various product lines and services.
• Assisting customers in the credit application process.
