Job summary

Pro Chem Inc. in Miami, FL seeks a full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Representative to cover the Miami metro area. You will learn the products and industry while building a book of repeat customers and winning new business.

You'll hunt for opportunities, visit and communicate with customers, train on products, and manage your own territory with support from the company. A strong hunter mentality and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in sales or customer-facing roles with a proven track record.
• Strong communication, influence, leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven hunter mentality and ability to manage a territory independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365; Netsuite a bonus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to pass background, drug screen and MVR checks.

We are currently seeking a full-time, entry-level Outside Sales Representative to cover the Miami, Florida metro area. We'll teach you the products, the industry and offer sales support--you'll bring the drive to win new business and build a book of repeat customers.

What You'll Do

• Hunt for new business opportunities to grow your territory's revenue.
• Build relationships with repeat customers through regular visits, calls, and emails.
• Train on our products & the industries we serve in order to provide customer-based solutions.
• Manage your own territory, schedule, and sales plan - your success is in your hands.
• Enter orders and track activity through our digital systems.

What You'll Get

• Compensation includes a guaranteed base during ramp-up period and transitions to high-earning uncapped commissions structureas territory matures. (For reference: Yr. 1 OTE: $65-$75k; Yr. 2 OTE: $75-$95k; Yr. 3 OTE: $100-$120k+)

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required; college degree with related coursework preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, staffing/recruiting, collegiate athletics, food service, school leadership organizations or other customer-facing roles.
• Track record of success demonstrating strong communication, influence, leadership, and relationship-building skills in goal-oriented environments.
• A true hunter mentality - driven, competitive, and resilient.
• Solid time-management, planning, and presentation skills.
• The self-discipline to efficiently run a sales territory independently.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products; Netsuite experience is a bonus.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check.
• Must live in or near sales territory and have a reliable vehicle.
