Refloor is America’s fastest-growing flooring company seeking a motivated sales professional to help homeowners choose flooring, close with warm, company-provided leads, and deliver a five-star in-home experience.

Join us in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with paid training, a draw, and uncapped commissions. The role supports expansion in Lexington with a remote setup and one morning per week in our Louisville office.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners and help them choose the right flooring solution.
• Close sales using warm, company-provided leads — no cold calling or door knocking.
• Create a five-star in-home experience for every customer.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and support.
• Help us expand our presence in the Lexington market (this position will be a remote role with a requirement of one morning a week in our Louisville office).

Training and Support

• 4-week hands-on training program, with the first 2 weeks fully paid
• Start earning commission as early as Week 3.
• Draw available
• Flexible, appointment-based schedule — work 5 days per week.
