Job summary

Refloor is hiring in-home flooring sales professionals who meet with homeowners, guide them to the right flooring solution, and close sales using warm leads provided by the company. You’ll participate in ongoing coaching and have access to a 4-week paid training program with start-to-earn commission as early as Week 3.

Top performers can reach $120K+ with a new hire bonus after 90 days, monthly bonuses, and an annual rewards trip.
