Job summary

Refloor is seeking a driven sales professional in Michigan to meet with homeowners, guide them to the right flooring solutions, and close deals using warm leads provided by the company. You will participate in ongoing coaching and be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment where effort translates directly into income.

You’ll receive a 4-week training program with paid weeks, start earning commissions early, and have access to performance bonuses and annual rewards.
