Job summary

Refloor is hiring for a flooring sales role focused on in-home consultations and closing deals with homeowners. You will work with company-provided leads to recommend flooring solutions and deliver a five-star customer experience.

Training is provided, with ongoing coaching and performance-based rewards. Top performers can reach $120K+ with 100% uncapped commission plus draw, plus a new hire bonus after 90 days and monthly performance bonuses.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners and help them choose the right flooring solution.
• Close sales using warm, company-provided leads — no cold calling or door knocking.
• Create a five-star in-home experience for every customer.
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and support.

Training and Support

• 4-week hands-on training program, with the first 2 weeks fully paid
• Start earning commission as early as Week 3.
• Draw available
• Flexible, appointment-based schedule — work 5 days per week.
