Job summary

Refloor in the United States is seeking a motivated field sales professional to help homeowners select the best flooring solution and close sales using warm, company-provided leads.

You will deliver a five-star in-home experience, benefit from ongoing coaching, and participate in training and support to grow with America’s fastest-growing flooring company.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with homeowners.
• Comfortable working on evenings and Saturdays as needed.
