Job summary

Staff Zone is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Knoxville to lead the sale of staffing services to construction, industrial, and event companies. The role emphasizes face-to-face sales and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop new business, manage leads, and maintain strong client relationships across a defined territory. The package includes a base salary of $55,000 with a 20% monthly bonus, a company vehicle, technology tools, and a comprehensive

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to aggressively close new business.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be able to adapt to and perform in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Aggressively track sales leads from lead databases, newspapers, directories and other sources.
• Travel throughout assigned territory to visit customers (12–15 site visits per day).
• Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales forms/customer applications.
• Strategize and communicate daily with team members.
• Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit weekly reports to management.
• Assist with branch operations as needed.

The Sales Manager
is responsible for selling Staff Zone's staffing services to commercial construction, industrial and special event companies for their various needs. We welcome applicants from various backgrounds that are involved in face-to-face sales and customer service.

Schedule: 7:00am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $55,000 base salary with 20% bonus opportunity. Bonuses are paid monthly.

Responsibilities as our Sales Manager:

• Travel throughout assigned territory to visit regular and prospective customers, gain new business and maintain good customer service (12 – 15 site visits a day)

• Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales forms/customer applications.

• Strategize and communicate daily with fellow team members.

• Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis.

• Assist with operations at the Branch on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus
