Job summary

Staff Zone is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in construction staffing solutions. You will prospect, visit job sites and offices, close new business, and expand existing accounts, all while coordinating with operations to ensure client satisfaction.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule, a $70,000 base salary with up to 30% bonus/commission, and benefits like a company vehicle and regular networking events.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in staffing or construction preferred but not required.
• Comfort on construction sites or GC trailers.
• Grit, hustle and face-to-face relationship building.
• Organized and self-motivated by commission.
• Basic tech skills (CRM, email, texting platforms).

Responsibilities

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CONSTRUCTION STAFFING SOLUTIONS

If you know how to build relationships in construction and you’re not afraid to chase business, we want to talk! Or if you think the construction industry would offer a fun and exciting career, we’d love to train you.

We’re hiring a hunter-minded sales representative to grow our presence in the market and Construct Lives within our community. You’ll be selling skilled labor, general labor, and payroll solutions to contractors who need reliable people—yesterday. In other words, you’re selling a service people are already familiar with and NEED.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Compensation: $70,000 base salary plus up to 30% bonus/commission opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospecting and building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents
• Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices
• Consistently closing new business and expanding current accounts
• Partnering with your operations team to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction
• Managing a book of business and growing your territory: once fully trained, you'll start your days from home and end your days at home!
• Networking Events: Think golf tournaments, clay shoots, lunch & learns, etc.
