Job summary

Express Employment Professionals of Joplin is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop sales strategies, source new clients, and close sales to meet quotas. You will manage and negotiate with clients, generate leads, qualify prospects and sell products and services within the Joplin, MO area.

The role emphasizes building long-lasting client relationships, achieving sales targets, and presenting effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Proficient with computer applications and basic tech.

Responsibilities

• Get the sale using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations).
• Forecast sales and develop new sales strategies/models and evaluate them.
• Evaluate customer needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
• Meet personal and team sales targets.
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
• Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay updated.
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial data.
• Maintain and expand client database within your territory.

Express Employment is now recruiting a competitive Outside Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

• “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
• Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
• Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generates or follow through sales leads
• Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
• Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
