Job summary

Kowboy Fence Company in Huntsville, AL is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative. You will meet with residential and commercial customers, assess fencing needs, and present tailored solutions to close deals.

This full-time, commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential, on-site consultations, and travel within the market. You’ll manage your pipeline in HubSpot and work with our operations team to ensure smooth installations.

Kowboy Fence Company is growing, and we're looking for an ambitious, outgoing, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Huntsville team!

What You'll Be Doing

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their fencing needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Conduct on-site consultations, take measurements, and prepare accurate estimates and proposals.
• Build relationships with potential customers and turn opportunities into closed deals.
• Manage your sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and keep opportunities moving forward.
• Use HubSpot to track customer interactions, estimates, and sales activity.
• Partner with our operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation.
• Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to the success of our Huntsville location.
