Overview

Empire Today is seeking go-getters to meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. This role covers the Fayetteville, NC area and leverages hot leads within a 1-hour radius to grow the business with the strength of a well-known brand.

Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in home flooring estimate.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, vehicle with room for roughly 50 sample boards, and the ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
• Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation
• Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel
