Job summary

Staff Zone is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for construction staffing solutions in Doraville, GA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with a base salary of $60,000 plus up to 25% bonus/commission.

You will prospect, visit job sites, close new business, and coordinate with operations to ensure site coverage and client satisfaction. Expect to build relationships with GC clients, subcontractors, and superintendents, along with networking at events.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing, construction, or trades-related sales is beneficial but not required.
• Comfortable on a construction site or in a GC's trailer.
• Grit, hustle, and a love for face-to-face relationship building.
• Organized, proactive, and motivated by commission.
• Basic tech skills (CRM, email, texting platforms).

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents.
• Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices.
• Consistently closing new business and expanding current accounts.
• Partnering with operations team to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction.
• Managing a book of business and growing your territory: once fully trained, you'll start your days from home and end your days at home.

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CONSTRUCTION STAFFING SOLUTIONS

We're hiring a hunter-minded sales representative to grow our presence in the market and Construct Lives within our community. You'll be selling skilled labor, general labor, and payroll solutions to contractors who need reliable people—yesterday. In other words, you're selling a service people are already familiar with and NEED.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm

Compensation:
$60,000 base salary plus up to 25% bonus/commission opportunity

What You'll Be Doing:
