Job summary

Staff Zone is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Greenville, SC to grow our construction staffing solutions. You’ll build trusted relationships with general contractors and superintendents, visiting job sites and offices to win and expand accounts.

The role offers a $60,000 base salary with up to 25% bonus/commission, paid monthly. Expect a 7:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday schedule and a company vehicle with expense coverage as you drive growth nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in staffing or construction sales is helpful but not required.
• Comfortable visiting job sites and GC trailers.
• Strong relationship building and hustle with commission mindset.

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - CONSTRUCTION STAFFING SOLUTIONS

If you know how to build relationships in construction and you’re not afraid to chase business, we want to talk! Or if you think the construction industry would offer a fun and exciting career, we’d love to train you.

We’re hiring a hunter-minded sales representative to grow our presence in the market and Construct Lives within our community. You’ll be selling skilled labor, general labor, and payroll solutions to contractors who need reliable people—yesterday. In other words, you’re selling a service people are already familiar with and NEED.

$60,000 base salary plus up to 25% bonus/commission opportunity. Bonuses are paid monthly.

Work Schedule - 7:00am-4:00pm M-F

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prospecting and building relationships with GCs, subcontractors, and superintendents
• Meeting clients face-to-face at job sites and offices
• Consistently closing new business and expanding current accounts
• Partnering with your operations team to ensure job site coverage and client satisfaction
• Managing a book of business and growing your territory: once fully trained, you'll start your days from home and end your days at home!
• Networking Events: Think golf tournaments, clay shoots, lunch & learns, etc.

What You Bring:

• Staffing, construction, or trades-related sales is amazing BUT NOT REQUIRED!
• You’re comfortable on a construction site or walking into a GC’s trailer
• Grit, hustle, and a love for face-to-face relationship building
• Organized, proactive, and motivated by commission
• Basic tech skills (CRM, email, texting platforms)
