Job summary

HydroHelp911 is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to inspect and educate homeowners on concrete lifting, foundation repair, crawl space, and waterproofing solutions. You will meet with homeowners, present proposals, financing options, and close deals while following our sales process.

You'll work with company-provided leads, a company vehicle, iPad, and CRM tools, with training and uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Outside or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using tablets and CRM software.
• Able to navigate crawl spaces and inspect residential properties.
• Ability to think critically and recommend solutions.
• Available to work Monday through Saturday as customer appointments require.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 7-12 scheduled in-home appointments each week.
• Perform detailed inspections of sunken concrete, foundation issues, and structural concerns.
• Diagnose the root cause of settlement and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
• Present proposals, financing options, and project recommendations.
• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and documentation.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment through project completion.
• Work closely with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About the Position

As a Design Specialist, you'll meet with homeowners to inspect concrete settlement and structural concerns, educate customers on the cause of their problem, and recommend the best long-term solution.

This is a consultative sales role where trust, professionalism, and customer education are the keys to success.
