NV Waterproofing and Foundation Repair in Manassas, VA is seeking a Design Specialist - Outside Sales to join our team. This role offers uncapped earning potential and a strong commission structure, with a base during training.

You will meet homeowners, conduct inspections, present tailored proposals, and close deals while building lasting client relationships. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Compensation

$80,000–$200,000 per year, featuring a commission-based structure, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, 401(k) , and life insurance.
