Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a full-time In Home Sales Closer to join a fast-growing team. You will meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily, present roofing, siding, windows, and more, and close high-ticket sales.

The role offers uncapped commissions, pre-qualified appointments, a hybrid work schedule, and an opportunity to build a six-figure income with substantial bonuses. A supportive training culture and strong advancement paths are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
