Home Genius Exteriors in Colorado is seeking a driven In-Home Sales Closer to turn pre-qualified leads into high-ticket roof, siding and window upgrades. This full-time, W-2 role offers a hybrid work schedule and uncapped earning potential.

You'll meet 8-12 homeowners weekly, present financing options, and close sales while building lasting customer relationships. Average first-year earnings reach $150K-$200K, with top performers earning $300K+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
