Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors in the United States is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

Average first-year earnings are $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses; top performers earn $300K+. This hybrid role offers a dynamic career path with strong earning potential and opportunities

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle may be required depending on location.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
