Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a high-achieving In Home Sales Closer in Somerset, NJ. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, present roofing, siding, windows, and door solutions, and close high-ticket deals with uncapped commissions.

Expect competitive earnings: first-year averages of $150K–$200K, with top performers earning $300K+. This full-time, W-2 role offers a hybrid schedule and strong growth potential within a fast-growing national company.

Qualifications

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales
