Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Clos­er) in Colorado. You will meet homeowners, present solutions, and close high-ticket sales on a hybrid schedule.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K–$200K with uncapped commissions; top performers can reach $300K+. The role includes pre-qualified appointments and professional sales training.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
