Home Genius Exteriors in Colorado is seeking a Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!). The role targets meeting 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners weekly, delivering in-home presentations, and closing high-ticket projects.

Expect a hybrid schedule with uncapped earnings and strong growth opportunities. As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll present solutions for roofing, siding, windows, and more, while building lasting customer relationships and participating in ongoing

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily.
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
• Present financing options and close sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
