Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking an in-home Sales Expert to close high-ticket exterior remodeling projects. You will meet homeowners, present tailored roofing, siding, windows, and doors solutions, and close deals with financing options.

This is a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales role with a hybrid schedule in Somerset, NJ. Average first-year earnings range from $150K to $200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses; top performers earn $300K+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
• Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
• Present financing options and close sales

Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!)

Average First-Year Earnings: $150K-$200K - Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.
