Home Genius Exteriors in the United States is seeking a driven In Home Sales Closer to join our fast-growing team. As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

Average first-year earnings range from $150K to $200K, with top performers earning $300K+ through uncapped commissions and bonuses. This is a hybrid role based in Cherry Hill, NJ.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
• Industry experience is a plus

As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
