Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a results‑driven Retail Sales Specialist to help grow NAPA Auto Parts stores, their customer base and overall sales in the Atlanta area. You will promote the full NAPA line to wholesale customers and partner with the Store Manager to implement local growth plans.

You will proactively generate leads, present solutions, conduct seminars and clinics, handle customer questions, protect assets, and ensure outstanding service while meeting quotas in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail store or outside sales.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role.
• Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment.
• Basic selling skills, including sales-call preparation, customer-meeting management, handling customer resistance, closing sales and account maintenance.
• Capability to present information in group meetings.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 4 years required
• Agility to bend to floor-level shelves and reach upper shelves up to eight feet, using a stool or ladder when necessary
• Stamina to stand and walk for the entire work shift
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs of merchandise
• Clear speaking and attentive listening skills
• Ability to set expectations, meet commitments, track results and manage accountability
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred: Background in the automotive industry
