Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to sell digital marketing solutions such as websites, search ads, display ads, reviews & reputation management, social ads, and SEO through a partnership selling model.

Responsibilities include prospecting, conducting needs assessments, delivering presentations both virtually and in person, and building strong client relationships while growing a personal book of business for residual commissions. Hybrid work options are available.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses.
• Year 1 on‑target earnings $90,000–$109,000; Year 2 $104,000–$122,000.
• Hybrid sales environment (home office and in‑field work).
