Job summary

Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive revenue by identifying potential clients and assessing nuisance wildlife and pest needs. The role involves on-site visits, consultations, and tailoring exclusion-based solutions to customers.

Ideal candidates bring proven sales experience, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated attitude. A valid driver's license and US work authorization are required; company offers a comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients in need of nuisance wildlife and pest control services.
• Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Present and explain nuisance wildlife and pest control plans and exclusion techniques to clients.
• Develop strong relationships with clients for long-term service needs.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with a customer-centric approach.
• Generate proposals, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with field technicians to ensure proper execution of solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations.
