Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• 5+ years Rental or Sales experience required.
• 3+ years Rental product line outside sales & rental counter supervision experience.
• 2+ years experience managing others.

Responsibilities

• Outside Sales/Marketing: Set appointments with prospective customers and perform retention visits.
• Provide customer reviews and surveys to assess satisfaction.
• Overcome objections and sell the value of the product; develop fleet planning information for leadership.
• Rental: Ensure rental contracts are properly completed and vehicles are ready for customers.
• Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and follow up on problems.
