Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Rental Sales Representative to be the front-line sales agent for vehicle rentals to existing lease and commercial rental accounts, and to prospective commercial customers.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management and must communicate effectively with customers to exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound sales, maximizing rental and fleet utilization, and maintaining strong relationships

Qualifications

• Must have strong verbal and written communication.
• One year or more sales experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and sales process for inbound/outbound calls and rental opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Asset Management to maximize rental and fleet utilization.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction across internal and external customers.
• Articulate Ryder's product and service offerings clearly to customers.
