Job summary

Critter Control Operations, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by prospecting and building relationships with residential and commercial customers in the Sugar Land, TX area.

You will diagnose wildlife issues, recommend humane solutions, and manage the end-to-end sales process from proposal through service delivery. The role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commissions, with a typical annual earning range of $70,000–$100,000+.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with hunters mindset and proven success in b2b or consumer markets.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel up to 10%.
• College degree is a plus; high school diploma required as minimum.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships with residential and commercial customers.
• Consult with customers to identify wildlife control needs and present tailored solutions.
• Close deals, collect payments, and maintain pipeline to exceed targets.
• Collaborate with operations and field teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners, property managers, and partners.
