Job summary

Critter Control Operations seeks an Outside Sales Representative in Sugar Land, TX to drive growth by prospecting, building relationships and delivering humane wildlife services. You’ll assess customer needs, present customized solutions, and partner with operations to ensure a seamless experience from initial consultation through service completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Experience in outside sales, preferably pest control, roofing, construction, or route-based businesses.
• Ability to work in the field and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose wildlife issues and recommend humane solutions.
• Grow a new business pipeline through networking and partnerships.
• Present detailed proposals and close deals with homeowners and businesses.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Respond to leads and follow up to close deals and collect payments.
