Job summary

All Season Global Solutions in New Jersey seeks an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business for our commercial relocation, warehousing, and logistics solutions. You will build relationships with business owners and decision-makers, present tailored relocation services, and manage proposals from initial contact to closing.

You will operate in a fast-paced, commission-based environment with a weekly draw, allowing you to grow with no cap on earnings while supporting a growing client base

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outside sales or business development experience required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new commercial business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building.
• Build lasting relationships with business owners, property managers, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Present customized commercial moving and relocation solutions that meet each client's needs.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and service recommendations.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently exceed revenue goals.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences from sale to project completion.
• Maintain records of sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Represent All Season Global Solutions at networking events and industry shows.
