Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the United States to drive in-home consultations, assess homeowner needs, and design foundation repair and water management solutions. You’ll work with warm leads and National brand support to grow your book of business.

The role offers uncapped commissions, robust training, a company car program, and clear advancement paths within a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose issues homeowners have and educate on solutions.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales lead pipeline.
• Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings.
