Job summary

Astound seeks a Door-to-Door residential outside sales representative in the Midland, TX area. Earn a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings up to $90,000 as you drive new customer sign-ups for our internet service.

The role is face-to-face and outdoors, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and flexible weekend work based on business needs. Strong communication, independence, and relationship-building are essential.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel in assigned territory.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated, self-starter with autonomous work style.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interaction.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign up orders.
• Distribute marketing material and build brand awareness.
• Report sales statistics to management accurately and promptly.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and stay updated on competition.
