Astound in Texas is seeking a field-based outside sales professional to represent our residential services in the Dallas area. The role combines face-to-face door-to-door engagement with uncapped commissions, starting with a $34,000 base salary and total earnings opportunity up to $90,000 with performance.

The position offers a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with weekend work as needed, in-field priority, and strong earning potential through commissions and bonuses.

Qualificações
