Job summary

Astound is seeking a driven Door-to-Door residential outside salesperson for the Midland, TX market. You will start with a base salary of $34,000 plus uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings potential of up to $90,000+. You’ll meet clients in residences, discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up new customers.

Schedule is Tuesday to Saturday with flexibility for weekends. This field-based role emphasizes outdoor outreach, relationship building, and achieving sales targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work outdoors in a field-based environment.
• Face-to-face residential sales with customers and property managers.
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Quota-driven with uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign-up orders.
• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional in-person interaction.
• Pursue leads provided daily and close sales within assigned territories.
• Understand property contracts, service levels, and obligations.
• Distribute marketing materials and build Astound brand awareness.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Stay informed about competitive landscape in the territory.
