Astound is hiring for a door-to-door residential outside sales role in the Dallas, TX area. You’ll start with a $34,000 base salary and earn uncapped commissions that can push total compensation toward six figures.

In this field-based position, you’ll meet residents, property managers, and referral sources, present service options, and sign up new customers. Flexible schedule and strong performance drive earnings.
