Astound is seeking a motivated door-to-door residential salesperson for the Dallas, TX area. This full-time field role offers a $34,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions, with a Total On-Target Earnings potential of up to $90,000.

You’ll represent a leading internet provider, engage residents in person, and drive new customer sign-ups through local campaigns and referrals. The schedule is Tuesday–Saturday with weekend flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in field settings.
• Proven ability to acquire new residential customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be a self-starter with strong time management.

Responsabilités

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs, provide quotes and sign up orders.
• Pursue leads daily and distribute marketing material in the field.
• Explain service options and close sales while building Astound brand awareness.
• Attend sales meetings and report statistics to management.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor activity and market conditions.
