Job summary

Astound is hiring for a residential door-to-door outside sales role in the Midland, TX area. Base pay starts at $34,000 with uncapped commissions; total earnings can reach $90,000+.

You will build a book of customers through in-person visits and local campaigns, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule and flexible weekend work. Success requires strong communication, outdoor work stamina, and the ability to work autonomously while delivering excellent service and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in outdoor environments and in the field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter who can work autonomously with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Visit potential customers at residences to discuss service needs and sign up orders.
• Develop leads daily and pursue targets with a structured plan.
• Explain property contracts, service levels, and obligations to customers.
• Meet with customers face-to-face in a residential setting and present quotes.
